This is an announcement regarding your login account for ULTOREX (spot exchange) from Koindex.
For all ULTOREX accounts transferred from Koindex, SKIPID, which is a CROSSTECH single sign-On (SSO) service, will be used.
SKIPID information will be sent to your registered email address of Koindex in advance. When you receive this SKIPID guidance email, follow the URL provided to complete the SKIPID transfer (password reset).
What is SKIPID?
SKIPID is a single sign-on (SSO) service allowing you to log in to multiple web services and applications such as ULTOREX by entering one ID and password. There is no need to remember the ID and password set for each application for each service, and it is possible to reduce security risk by preventing multiple use.

*Customers registered with the same email address for CROSS exchange and Koindex will receive a unified SKIPID account for your ULTOREX (spot) wallet.
**For ULTOREX (SKIPID), CROSS exchange, and Koindex, your email address is the ID that manages your account, so you cannot change your email address for any reason afterwards.
***If you have multiple SKIPID accounts because you used multiple registered email addresses, please combine the ULTOREX accounts into one account yourself after using ULTOREX services.
