As of yesterday, we have received several inquiries about deposits not being reflected on Koindex user accounts.
After confirming the issue, although the wallet of the custody service provider Bitgo, being used by Koindex, is properly receiving the deposits, there is an error where wallet balance data and transaction history on the custody service side are not properly being reflected in Koindex.
In other words, it is in the state of "deposits are received, but not being reflected in user accounts".
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.
Please be assured that the funds you have sent are not lost. (users can verify their own TxID where funds are properly being sent by the sender and recorded on the blockchain)
Currently, we are confirming with our custody service provider, Bitgo, and are aiming for a quick resolution.
The content of this display error is not serious, so it should not take long to resolve.
